Im rating the store 5-stars because of Nasir, who helped me today and provided me with A+ service despite the store seeming understaffed and it being a busy Friday afternoon. I truly feel Nasir went above and beyond, with a can-do attitude and made me feel they were absolutely down to help me, something that people just dont do these days anymore. I also wanna say that their whole look from makeup to outfit represented the Ulta brand in a super chic way. Give them a raise!!

Be very careful when placing a same day delivery order. If they get your order wrong, they will offer no recourse WHATSOEVER! They wont even apologize for the inconvenience. I placed an order that was to be a gift for the holiday, tipped the courier, all for the order to be COMPLETELY incorrect! I called the store multiple times to speak with someone about the issue, and was in communication with the Operations Manager she immediately started talking about how they cant do refunds over the phone, and I have to bring the item back to get my money back. I never stated that I wanted a refund, but that I wanted the item, which is why I placed the order to begin with. I explained that I tried repurchasing the item, but that the coupon code that I initially used, no longer worked. Im not sure how things work at Ulta, in terms of managers offering discounts, but I feel as if a discount at the same level as my coupon shouldve been offered, so that I could replace the order, instead that did not happen, there was no sense of trying to correct the MISTAKE ON THE STORES PART whatsoever! Ive been purchasing my holiday perfume sets from ULTA for the last few years, however I think after this experience, I will go back to purchasing from MACYS.

The cashier Alexis was irritated because I didn't want to sign up for rewards and told me that I can only make a purchase if I am a rewards member. What?! I should have walked out immediately. I don't shop at Ulta and only went in for something that turned out not to be a good deal but I will eat that. But the service was horrible. How is the company forcing people to sign up just to buy something? Ulta has lost their mind and I will never shop there again. I'll stick to where I usually go. There was one sweet and helpful gentleman and I think he was a manager.
