Overall it was ok, but at the end I was checking out and remembered I had an Ulta account but didnt have a phone number linked and the cashier asked if I wanted to make a rewards account, I said no and she explained the benefits that I also refused. At one point she completely ignored me after I refused to make an account and turned to my friend to ask for her phone number for rewards. She was super rude about it and people were also confused as to why she was trying to pressure me into it and then basically disregarded me and turned to my friend to make her checkout process easier or whatever. + She also did not let me buy my items till I put in a number for the rewards

Purchased a skincare kit and it was super expired. Didnt realize until after I had used it (small print on the bottom of the box) and since I trusted Ulta employees checked as they are supposed to. Went to return and they gave me a huge attitude, didnt care that my face had burns from using multiple expired products, offered nothing not even an Im sorry and thats after I wasnt greeted, helped, etc.
