        It can't get any worse than Cigna. My husband used to have Blue Cross Blue Shield from his company, but then they switched up Cigna. It was the worst mistake ever. This insurance company is absolutely awful.

        You customer service staff is COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!!!!! As of this moment, I am on the phone for 38 minutes and he has not returned. I sit here and wait. No wonder the health insurance system is broken- your own people don't even know the plans!!!!
