        I called the corporate office and someone “accidentally” picked up. She then proceeded to yell at me about how they only do email support even though I’m driving and it would be unsafe to send an email. She then argued with me even more about how she was going to get fired for talking to me and how all the other big companies use an email ticket system and don’t offer phone support. Rather than arguing with me the problem could have been solved with a quick 5 minute conversation. Instead I got harassed about “how the world is these days” like she was projecting her problems about the system on me... what a waste of money...
