        im calling an no one has answered, they came to my house and made my mom sigh papers, my mother has a form of dementia. they took advantage of my mother. i'm trying to cancel what she sign but no is answering.

        They are liars!! I just switched to MPower, the bill for 7 days, $60. I didn't turn the A/C on. They told me each month charging $0.078 per kwh so i switched. For comparison, MPower charged $0.1740 PER KWH, Peco charged $0.09393 PER KWH. Charged about half of what I paid more.

        Don't believe these people who COME to your door and tell you that only $0.07per kwh will be charged, THAY ARE CHARGING TRIPLE FOR PER KWH THAN WHAT THEY TELLING.
