Raza Properties

Lived in a Raza Property apartment for 4 years. They've been great and very patient and understanding; especially when my identity was compromised during the pandemic and my rent fell behind because my banking account was hacked. They allowed me time to pay them back rent and never threatened to evict me. Never had a problem at all during my stay. Corrine is the best property manager and had great respond time! Mark is a great owner. Nothing but respect. I'll miss my huge patio deck that i only sat on 2xs.

Very unprofessional! This owner threatened my wife! He is a trash! To talk to a woman the way he did was unacceptable! All over parking space thats not on the street he owns property on. They upset over city side walk. His tenant claiming they only have one entrance to there 2 story apartment which means its an illegal apartment. I have to call the city about this. Im in fear for my wife safety and all our cars. This is step one of evidence it something would happen to our vehicles or my wife! His tenants and the owner has threatened her!

Their flips are cheaply finished and as a landlord, they are extremely unresponsive to repairs/maintenance. Expect to wait weeks if not months for resolution of critical issues, like a first floor door being broken, and be ready to follow-up multiple times regarding any issue via their online portal, email, and phone, only to be dismissed, ignored, or talked down to. As far as I can tell, Raza Properties exists solely to gentrify neighborhoods, play the part of bad landlord, and earn back whatever little money they put into their properties as fast as possible.

Warning!!!!! Do not I repeat do not rent from Raza Properties!!! This company is a scam and they will not return your money if you decide not to move forward and rent with them. I had an agreement with Rahil Raza who is the owner of this company who did not refund my deposit. When I called to discuss when I can expect my refund I was yelled at and was told he was sending me the money and then I got rudely hung up on. I sent emails and text to resolve this matter. At this point Im being completely ignored. I still have to move my family into a new place and a portion of my money has been withheld by Rahil Raza owner of Raza properties LLC who did agree to return not all but a portion of my funds but has not sent any of my funds back at all. I strongly suggest not to put your trust in this person or his business for that matter. I do not approve of anyone who will take from hard working single mother with 3 children to raise. I work extremely hard for my income and Rahil Raza completely took advantage. Greed is a real thing and I experienced a great deal from this person. My money should have been returned the moment I asked for my refund. Instead I got rung around the Rosie and Im truly disappointed and sad that someone would put my family through any financial lost. Some people may have had a good experience, lucky for them they did not have to experience the dark side of this company. For those who can walk away now I strongly recommend you do!!! Dont be fooled by the wolf in sheeps clothing.
