Legendary Support Coordination

Yet another agency that cares nothing about the clients. Promises to return calls from case managers AND supervisor with no response. I'm glad changes are finally being made statewide with these agencies who are only in business to receive funds per client and not fulfill their duties! Medicare, Medicaid, Office of Long Term Care, State Rep have ALL received my complaints regarding this agency! Next is the Joint Commission and Ombudsman office! If enough people voice their concerns and/or complaints to the proper overseers changes will have to be made or these agencies will continue to be shut down. I gave it 1 star because 0 isn't an option!!

Call Medicare or Medicaid directly to file a complaint about this organization or any of them if you want any results from poor, unprofessional, neglectful service. Learn & Know your rights as a client so that organizations like this one can't take advantage of you or your loved ONES benefits. Theses places are not here to help. Just wanted to thank Mary & Amber for all the hard work they chose not to do while sitting in the office doing nothing, disregarding calls & emails all while getting paid to manipulate callers, make false promises & not show up. We are still waiting for your physical contact, return calls, email replies & a visit(not an uninformed drop off) as well as the complete removal of equipment since May 3rd. How you were hired & still have a job is very, very disappointing. Hope this helps.

Horribleness, 15 minutes guaranteed on hold for every call and no satisfaction ever, just repeating your info to every one who finally answers. Looking for another group they should be ashamed of their lack of help to the elderly.
