Its been more than a week and they are still stalling us by saying "there is an error in the system". ISN'T THIS PECO'S WHOLE POINT?!? They cant even do something as simple as OPENING ELECTRICITY?!???!

PECO is by far the worst company I have ever worked with with respect to communicating with current and future clients. The phone numbers only lead to reaching a robot. They don't seem to care about their clients. I'd give them a zero.

Say they will fix your power at a certain time and then they just push the time back

This sorry excuse of a monopoly is rotten to the core. It can't handle the task of helping to support a modern infrastructure. The energy is too expensive; customers experience too many power outages that could be avoided by creation of a better infrastructure; customer problems are very often not handled in a timely or courteous manner; and Its leadership and many of its employees demonstrate a 1930s Functionalist mindset at its worst.
