Personlink is a good learning ground and introduction to a higher level of case management. A lot of experience in all areas of social service. The location of main office and phmc amenities are nice. The families are what makes the program. There are some strong champions and advocates for the consumers on site. Supports Coordinators have a tight relationship and learn from one another. Supports Coordinators work very hard and are not always supported with hard cases. Each Manager is allowed to run their own team as they choose. Caseloads are very large. I don't believe there are enough SCs to support the cases the program continues to accept. No clear policy guidelines in my opinion. Billing expectations fluctuate based on program need. Meaning they increase. Billing is very important!! Many phone calls,emails and "reminders" to meet monthly marks. Home and Community monitor/visit frequency expectation is higher than some other SCOs. Burnout. SCs are often solo frontmen for all program frustrations from the community.
