Verizon is the Worse cellular provider. Rude, Unprofessional, and Done Care Attitude. When they start closing stores down. Good for those that will become unemployed. Purchase a $2000.00 dollar phone. Don't Purchase any flip z phone. There're trash. 2 weeks black dot, then the entire screen head and spilt. They upgraded me to an 5 , whoopee it's too long to typed. Their the worst, and I'vebeen a loyal customer for 20 years. And no one wants to accommodate me and the 5 is doing the same. They tried to send me through my insurance when this phone warranty is still with Verizon for 1 year. Then they sent me and refurbished phone. What the Crap stating its now 32 days ago I can't exchange it, when the entire time they knew the problem with these phones. I ask to switch to and iPhone as soon as the rep agrees they hang up on you but Sony call you back. So stop blowing smoke up my ssa. About to lose another customer

I have had Verizon Fios since 2019. Up until this year, the service has been good. Unfortunately, there has been an issue that has been going on for the past 5 months that is unacceptable. I'm actually considering switching to Comcast even knowing that they have terrible customer service ratings. What happened is I tried to remove the bundled Disney plus service in July 2023. First, Verizon made a mistake and charged me an extra $10 for "installation". I had to call twice to get promised a $10 "internet loyalty" discount and $50 gift card (neither of which I have seen after 5 months). Additionally, I have had to call EVERY SINGLE MONTH to try and get the Disney plus removed from the account and been promised each time that it would be removed. I have at least been refunded the charge. However, it still remains on my account even though I have not used it.
