Saxbys signed me up for renewal when I put my card into the app. I called multiple times and you cannot speak to a person. They purposefully make sure you cannot get a live response. Then, they never call you back even though their phone message says that they will. I also emailed the store managers boss who did not respond. I am disgusted with the amount of money that they have stolen from me and will never be giving them another cent. I hope other people realize how awful of a corporation they are.

I go to the Saxbys in the office building I work at more than 2 times a day went there all week with a 50.00 bill they excepted it all week now today I cant pay with a 5.00 there is no sigh stating you cant pay with a 50.00 if I was a whit person I bet they would have took my money a coworker told me very disappointed in Saxbys 1818 market st I told my coworkers not to go back there
