Just ridiculous.. I waited over an hour for my order just for the driver to cancel it. When I went to the app it said that they had just received my order and will began packing it. Waited another 20min it said the same thing. Nearly $30 spent with no explanation, no apology, no help from customer support. I really dont even want them to give them my business anymore. Communication is key and you cant even contact these people

Worse corporate office out there to try to connect with. Zero customer service. They dont return emails. They dont take phone calls at all. Cant verify former employment for background checks. Their own employees and store managers hate their own GoPuff HR email system and cant even call their own HR. Zero support for employees or managers. One BevMo store manager told me GoPuff is why they have such high turnover of employees.

Beware of this company! A relative of mine ordered from this company in the Miami, Florida area and the delivery driver just canceled their order claiming that they couldnt find their address. Even though the address to their house was clearly shown and pinpoint tracking of their precise location was enabled. They never even tried calling or texting them. So they immediately ran out to try and stop them before they left. They were parked a house down and could clearly see them waiving at them to not leave but still left with them waiving at them while holding a shopping cart. A complaint was then made with a RUDE customer service agent who made it seem like they didnt have a right to be upset at all. But the most shocking and concerning part was that with every order afterwards something felt off and the delivery drivers were rude with their rudeness escalating with each order delivery after the first complaint made. They also noticed that with each order received afterwards. The Mango flavor Arizona Ice Tea top caps were either open or partially opened. And the drinks tasted weird! Like something was done to them. They stopped ordering the drink and on their last order. There were two people delivering the order. One black guy and one black woman. Both seemed young. When the black guy got out of the car. He gave the person picking up the order a seriously evil disgusted stare. Then when he approached he asked how they were doing. I dont know Maybe they were mad because they couldnt tamper with the Arizona Ice Tea drinks since they were not ordered?! They both acted cordial but left without saying to have a nice night or anything. Very strange and possibly dangerous company! Obviously no orders were placed after that!

They made a mistake with my drink order. I cant have dairy, and my drink had dairy. I was on the chat for 45 mins. They wouldnt remake the drink and redeliver it because it was below the amount required for delivery. I wasnt asking for a delivery for something completely newI was asking for them to correct their mistake and give me what I ordered. It was like talking to a wall. They refunded my purchase money, but refused to refund all the associated fees. I didnt want the moneyI wanted my drink. Whatever, I dont need GoPuff when there is Instacart and DoorDash. Both of those companies correct their mistakes. I deleted my app
