Henry and his team were great to work with. Once the slow city of Philly got permits approved, deck work started almost immediately and was done within the 30 day timeframe, even though it was winter. Job site was cleaned up at the end of every single day and they didn't bother the neighborhood at all during construction, despite our very awkward rood access, which was a big plus. Some of my neighbors didn't even realize we had a new deck until they saw us up there! When things came up (old weird houses...fun) and minor changes had to be made during construction, Henry kept us up to date on what was going on. He also never tried to upsell us on random expensive extras, unlike some contractors who came out for quotes. Definitely recommend if you want a contractor who will actually answer calls, and stay on time and on budget.

Elite Modern Construction and Henry have built two decks for us. The craftsmanship is excellent and the quality is A+. We had a very complex project of creating access to our roof and building a substantial deck (16 x 32 with new Pilot House). These guys are master carpenter's and craftsman. We get a ton of complements how beautiful the decks are! We were impressed at the level of care and attention to detail throughout the process. The results are fantastic. Henry is organized, and provides a clear and transparent scope of work and is easy to work with. We interviewed several contractors for our jobs and Henry was the only one who gave us an itemized list of the work so we could understand and talk about it. If you need a deck build, these are your guys.
