I brought my laptop in for a review because I was having issues with the power button. The team ran a quick diagnostic and fixed the problem. I was in and out in 10 minutes and they didn't even charge me since it didn't require any major work. Would highly recommend.

I cracked the screen on My IPhone 11 and I was upset. I started looking around to see where I could take it to get fixed. I called a few places and finally settled on Phone Repair Philly. The Gentleman fixed my screen quickly and he was super nice. I didnt get his name and I usually ask. I am very pleased. Great customer service and great price. Thank you

SCAM ALERT!!! NEVER go to this place to just diagnose a problem on your device. They switch the original parts to worn down ones. I went to place to check on my phone camera problem and the guy over there changed my display to a duplicate one. I did visit the store for a Camera problem which was never resolved, but my device has more problems now. I have been getting an error message for my display. I went to the Apple Store to check on this and the technicians there did confirm that my display has been switched and isnt the one I had originally. Edit based on the response: I'm appalled by your response. Lack of transparency is unacceptable. Your technician blatantly lied to my face, and now you're justifying it? If you can't perform a simple diagnostic without damaging the device, you shouldn't be in business. Replacing the screen with a lower-quality one is not a favor; it's a downgrade. Authenticity matters. Your lack of accountability is shameful.
