I really tried to give them every chance to make it better, but in the end, I was exhausted from dealing with this situation with my laptop. I gave them the money to fix my laptop first. They called me and said that the part that they purchased didn't work. They said I needed to pay more to get the new part, around $50 or so. I finally had the extra money, they ordered the part. The owner told me that he doesn't fix it, his son did. His son looked to be between 14- 21 years old. I called on the day that they said it would be ready and asked if I could come pick it up, they said yes. When I picked it up, it seemed like the battery was dead. They had the laptop cord at the time. When I opened it to see if it worked, it shut right down. I got it home, charged it for a whole day, still won't stay on. Even with the plug in the wall it would not stay on. I kept trying to call to get them to fix it and they finally called me back and I made an appointment to bring it in. I got there and nobody was there. My laptop is still unusable and I still need it, but I am tired of dealing with them. They seem nice enough, but they are not at all concerned that when they gave me my laptop back, after they charged me a total of like around $200, it didn't work. I didn't get the feeling they cared about that. Just tired of the run around. Still need my laptop fixed. This whole process took months, not all their fault. I sometimes was responsible for the delays.

Had my computer for about a month and they did nothing with it they said that they couldn't fix it after about a month I would not bring any type of electronics to them

Kamar(hope I spelled right ) was extremely knowledgeable , and was able to diagnose and troubleshoot my issue within a few seconds of looking at it. He gave me a quick fix and I could have left it at that, but he told me I would always encounter this problem , and recommended a replacement hard drive . While I didnt want to spend the money it was a good investment as my laptop is used for work. Now my laptop is moving like brand new . Thank you!
