Alex replaced the hard drive in my 4 year old desktop computer and it has a new life! Its faster than ever!

Alex helped me transfer data from an old failing computer and set up a new one, which is not an easy process to go through on the telephone. He also helped me remove and recycle old wires, cables and other equipment I no longer needed. He made helpful suggestions to get my printer working. He also replaced a needle on an older turntable so that I could listen to my phonograph records again. This was all done in an atmosphere of friendship and helpfulness. I highly recommend Alex for your technological needs. Plus, he is an accomplished pianist and piano teacher.

We just spent a delightful afternoon with Alex. He just set up our smart TV for 2 tech challenged seniors. He was outstanding explaining and even put up with our crazy dog. He will be returning to program our other TV in the new future

Alex helped me transition from one laptop to another after I received unclear and incomplete technical support from both HP and Microsoft. He helped me identify and replace an application that was not working, explained some of the nuances of online data storage, and moved several large folders of data from one laptop to another. Alex provided clear and concise technical support that solved all of my issues, while doing so in a calm and confident manner.
