My labtop wasnt working properly my windows was messed up bad it wouldnt reset it would crash. They are very helpful and polite here they fix the problem very quickly thanks to them I play on my computer again 5/5 stars

Pc had a hard time turning on, freezing 24/7, and overall not working. hard drive had issues great communication and great service and was patient with us

If you want the short answer to your question, yes you should definitely give InOs / In Orbit a try. Slightly longer answer: I fried my 13 year old gateway Windows 7 desktop tower computer, by leaving the power on while having electrical work done. The popping of the main so many times in a small window just gave her one too many AED shocks made her toast. She turned on but could not load past the windows logos; Black screen. Saddened I tried fixing her myself, by changing her button battery, and buying her a new CPU but I couldn't get her going. I called InOs and Justin promptly answered, professional and courteous. We made an appointment. Justin took time to take my pc apart in front of me to try to diagnose the problem so he could give me a proper estimate. Bad news, it WAS my hard drive. Good news it was completely fixable. Opted for the 1tb digital hard drive. Bad news I may have lost everything I ever had saved on there, and of course, thinking... "Did I ever back it up... Ever... In 13 years..." Those files are the reason I wanted her fixed. Good news, he could try to retrieve them. I took the leap and let him take a stab at her. On a personal note I requested the update to windows 10 if all went during her repairs. A week later I get the call, she was done and all files were retrieved and in the only folder on the desktop. I was elated! Over the moon. I brought her home and OMG I am impressed. You could've fooled me if I didn't know she was 13. She is quiet and fast. And after a few hours of practice windows 10 is easy to get used to. After tweeking the computer to my liking, it was time to go through my files. Holy cow!!? Everything and I mean everything was there. Document and those photos you totally forgot about, and my music, all my music. I couldn't be any more satisfied with my outcome.
