I called them to fix my slow computer, they installed some security software and scanned my computer for viruses, The technician told me that i have a lot of malware virus in my computer thats why it is running slow. they fixed the issue but took long time day to fix it. AegisSupport LLC can improve their services.

I was getting ready for the office there was a client meeting and I had to present my recent assignment, I was taking printout of my assignment at the last moment but the printer went offline, i called aegissupport printer support company they helped me to connect my printer with the computer and i gave the printout of my assignment, thanks a ton

The technical support was great, straight to the issue and issue fixed. The technicians knew what they were doing and did not waste time on running all the unwanted troubleshooting steps on my computer. Only problem I faced while talking with them was the background noise,

I am impressed with the technical service I got. I was uneasy contacting them at the beginning but the level of dedication and professionalism is way better than what high brand company customer service offers.
