I have never had a better experience working with a computer tech guy. The technician that showed up to my house to repair my computer which wouldn't start no matter how many times I have tried to get my computer to turn on, and he did it all within 20 mins of arriving, which 10 of those minutes was spent telling him the problem I was having. I search around the Philadelphia area for a computer repair shop that would be able to repair my computer at home, I looked into Geek Squad, as well as several other computer repair stores, lets just say, the prices they quoted me for a home visit would of cost me half of my children's Christmas presents. Which I believe Santa would have just left me with a huge pile of coal. but to the point! When doing a Google map search for the nearest best buy location while determining if the in store price quoted to me would benefit me better than a home visit. I decided, let me do a computer repair search, and came across A911Tech Computer Solutions, After speaking with one of their tech reps, and explaining the issue with my computer, they quoted me an unbelievably large / lower difference in cost quoted to me from Best Buy. A911Tech sent a repair agent to my home, and arrived in under an hour of me setting the appointment. Once I explained the problem, he went straight to work in under ten minutes he had my computer up and running. In his view he stated something was wrong with the way my hard drive was starting up. When they mention all inclusive, I did not know that meant a complete system checkup and tuneup as he put it and it was all for no extra cost other than the $80 they charged me for the home visit. The Technician was extremely courteous and well knowledgeable, I was able to ask him several questions regarding several programs I tend to use, and he had no hesitation and provided me with a wealth of information I had no idea I can do with my system. Apparently they repair other devices, like cellphones, and tablets. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get their computer repaired at a low price. I would use them again for any other future repairs on my devices. Thank You again A911Tech for the great service. I'll be in touch.
