Sorry to hear that someone had trouble connecting with John Galati. We've used him for several years. He's been easy to work with. John knows taxes and he manages to keep things simple and straightforward. Very reasonable rates.

We did our taxes in an in person appointment today. We brought what was needed and he got it filed. Nice! Reasonable$. I do recommend John Galati. Make an appointment and get it done fast.

I honestly can't even comment on their services because they are seemingly quite unorganized when it comes to communicating. I was told over the phone yesterday to just drop by. When I did, he wasn't there. I noticed on on their signage it states that they are by appointment so I don't know why they would tell me to just come by. I asked the person at the front deak if I should make an appointment than. I was then told again to just come back later before they closed at 5. I came back at 3:45. Their door was closed and no one was there. I wasted my afternoon traveling back and forth twice. I won't be using their services.
