        These people stand for LYING, VERBALLY ATTACKING FAMILES AND THREATENING TO BEAT CUSTOMERS! They cherry pick reviews, trying to silence folks instead of try to right wrongs. Its beyond unprofessional! My story will be seen and surely wont be the last of their problems the way their going. They handled customers by LYING AND DELETING. You NEVER SAW ME asking for a refund, at this point I deserve one but I expect you will keep making excuses for your GHETTO AND UNACCEPTABLE operations. How you're chose to respond speaks for itself. The poor representation was apparently spot on! Y'all won't be able to hide these ways forever. You enjoy losing money and respect though.

      You visited our boxing show here this past weekend and you came from Maryland. You purchased tickets at the door, came inside for an hour and then wanted a refund because you arrived late and missed the competition you came to see. You were denied a refund and became irate. Our contracted security team escorted you out while YOU made threats to the security woman, all of which we have on camera. Our arena is more than good looking as this is the largest boxing gym in the entire city of Philadelphia. We would say it is impressive! Nonetheless, please follow the instructions of security personnel especially when visiting from so far away and please try to not use profanity and threatening language in front of all children, including your own. Thank you for visiting Kingdom!
