LILY'S BEAUTY SALON II

I went there and had to stop because of bad customer service about a year and a half ago! I would call and make an appointment on the phone and when I got there they acted like they didn't understand English to know that I even made one and then keep me waiting until they took care of other customers as though I was a walk in when I wasn't!. They spoke more Spanish than I've ever seen in my life which makes you feel like you're the topic of some conversation but you can't prove it. Being disabled I came with someone but I needed one other arm just to help me step up the two steps to enter and the young lady there looked at us like she was too good to help and she sat there and didn't help which blew me away! Habib told me she was too good to help and she didn't! I don't remember her name but I got a little Miss Prissy that thought she was too cute to make sure the customer got in! That was that day that I decided was my last day because the vibe and the atmosphere was not conducive to my hair! At first I thought it was a nice place to go to too very close to my home but it turned out not to be.

The hair stylist told me that her shoulder was messed up, so she couldnt do my daughters hair. So she did one of my daughters and then I combed out my other daughters hair and then she did it. No language barrier just unprofessional behavior! Then she charged me for a deep conditioning and didnt do it. She just put leave in conditioner and blow dried it. Service: Blowouts
