My hair is falling out after my first trip to this salon, which has never happened before. She sprayed something in my hair which I didnt ask for, but I trusted her because she seemed knowledgeable. I thought it was odd when she said that she couldnt trim my hair unless it was straightened. Clear indicator that she cant nurture natural hair. Not to mention that shes dishonest. I paid for my complete service in advance, and she ended up charging me more probably because of that weird spray. Never again.

I called to see if they braided hair, and they said yes but we dont service men. What kind of sexist thing is that? Definitely wont recommend them to anyone. Smh!

My Stylists was very attentive ,She did an excellent job on my hair I highly recommend this shop.

The owner, Michelle, is very professional and knowledgeable. She is definitely all about hair care. She definitely will have your hair looking gorgeous also.Not too many stylists I know, are about the hair care. She definitely is. She's always been courteous, friendly, and nice. I have been a client of hers for about 5 years now. also. I will recommend anyone that desires care for their hair and beautiful styling too, to visit Salon Jai.
