        Not good at listening my preference, firmly insisted on changing my hair style. Bad experience

        The hair-washer woman washes your head like a naughty cabbage that needs to be shown whos boss; nothing relaxing or soothing about the process. I told them to not scrub too hard in the bangs, and shes like ok ok, and proceeds to over scrub over and over, and really not care about the customer experience, and of course rapidly jerked the head up or down, never creating a relaxed experience. I recommend no hair wash. Always a quick haircut, zero conversation or cordiality. They point where you need to go with no smile or kind words. Overall adequate haircut but they charge downtown prices for low experience. I have been to Vietnam and they do a better job there for $3
