        Ive been a customer here for more than 10 years and can I tell you that the customer service that works in the branch theyre always rude. They dont have any patience they dont have any answers. The manager is not patient with her customers And as a customer, do you want to Bank somewhere that people have answers And every time I go here, they have no answers for my questions!!!!!

        Here we go again...I really wish I could give this bank great reviews but it isn't looking good here. Every year we have some type of issue with basic fraud handling leaving us with no way to use our card. I have been with this bank about 6 or 7 years now and thought it would get a lot better but it isn't.
