Most Car Centers are rude.. but I was surprised how great their customer service was! They was very nice, professional and transparent and Id come to them again once I get my car soon. I had a terrible experience with renting a car from Resilient Transportation LLC, The owner brings his rental car to this shop to fixed. BEWARE DO NOT RENT A CAR through Resilient Transportation LLC. The owner is unreliable, inconsiderate and openly told me that he is mentally unstable. I had to cancel a makeup service for a high paying Wedding because of his unprofessionalism. He made me loose over $800 because he allowed his anxiety to take over and decided to take the car back after the original agreement was made. I received the car in bad condition and was very patient about working with him. A friend of my mines was murdered 3-4 hours before the car stopped working and I havent had any time to grieve. This place has great car mechanics but DO NOT RENT from resilient transportation llc
