I guess I have to know the owner/mechanic on a first name basis to get any service. This rating is based on communication/expectations not actual work done. My car sat for 8 hours, no phone call or updates.

Rocky is awesome, he does a great job at fixing your car and giving great advice. I always trust what he says. He also does a great job explaining problems in a way that allows me to understand. I've been going to Rocky for years. Thank you!

Exactly what you want and expect from a small mechanic in Fishtown. Sometimes you might call, and no one will answer. You might not know whats good with your car for a few hours, but trust that Rocky and team will take care of it. Rocky has been nothing but kind to me when I bring my car in, and charges reasonable prices for his services without tacking on anything unnecessary. He even turned down my business and suggested a nearby place that could take care of my tire sooner than hed be able to. If youre looking for an online portal and rigid timelines, take your car to a big brand auto body shop. If you want solid work from nice people, go here.

My visit to this mechanic was highly unsatisfactory. Not only did they scratch my rims, but their incompetence was evident in the quality of work. To add to the frustration, they refused to provide a receipt for the services rendered. I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to this establishment. Service: Tires
