I moved to PA from another state and needed help understanding the title transfer process - I could not have had better guidance than from Damon at Laughlin's - he explained the process, gave me the proper forms for my transfer and was the friendly professional I needed to get my car properly registered. Thanks Damon!! He was so patient and thorough, that I came back for a different title issue - and I was relieved to have Damon help me again. Fast, efficient, informative, and helpful. The woman who took care of us was polite and friendly with us, and with other customers (even the difficult ones!). The shop is a little hole in the wall, with bulletproof glass service windows and almost no seating, but the excellent service made it completely worthwhile.
