My car was broken into and one window was completely shattered. Rich gave me a quote right away and was able to replace it the next morning at a very reasonable price. He also cleaned up all the glass that I didnt get a chance to clean up before dropping off my car. I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend using his business for window replacements

2 car windows were busted, found this place on Google bc i live in fishtown, he answered the phone right away, got a quote (which was cheaper then if I had gone through my insurance's deductible) got me in the next day, replaced them both and vaccumed all the shattered glass, car look amazing! Great service and location! Definitely reccomend:)

STAY AWAY! I Had a crack in my windshield and took it in to get replaced. When I went to pick my car up the car was scratched all around the windshield, the inside left panel was cracked which needed to be replaced, the rear view mirror mount was hanging off, the car was filthy, and the windshield was not even properly placed. Rich did have the scratches fixed by a local body shop and ordered a new side panel, but refused to correct the windshield that was sunk in and not done properly. I was charged $325 dollars and was without a car for 5 days because it was in the shop getting re-painted. Rich did not offer me and refund for the inconvenience. I highly advise avoiding this place at all costs. The price to have it done cheaper was not worth what it cost me in the long run.
