So Dave was recommended to me by a good friend and attorney of mine in NJ. Did an amazing job, was not supposed to get my ticket downgraded but Dave made things happen. From a 60 in a 40 speeding ticket got changed to a 40 in a 40 and downgraded to a lesser fine with no points which was so important due to my NewJersey license. My 21 year old daughter was facing the loss of her license, for a DUI. There was more than one reason she was disqualified from ARD classes. It looked really bad leading up to the pre trial conference. The night before the conference I spoke with David. He assured me that he was going to fight for my daughter to get into the ARD program. This was critical because if she didnt get into the program she would lose her job. She had just been hired and it was a really a career job and not just a job. One that would allow her to live a good healthy life. David is a fighter. He isnt one of those lawyers that puts out minimum effort. He is that lawyer that works to vigorously defend his clients. He doesnt shoot high and then roll over and except what is offered. David shoots high because he is confident and smart enough to hit that high mark. He defends his clients as if it was it were him facing the charges. I raised my daughter by myself. Mom was absent from our lives so all my children had growing up was me. I was always their advocate. I was terrified that I couldnt pull my daughter out of this fire and I am so thankful for David. He told me he was going to get things accomplished and that is exactly what he did. My daughter went to the conference today. The result was she got excepted into the ARD program. David had done the seemingly impossible. He pulled the rabbit out of the hat and it wasnt because he was a magician. It was because he is smart and tough and doesnt give up when it gets hard; when it got hard for my daughter he worked harder. If youre in trouble dont gamble on a lawyer who really doesnt care that much. This guy cares and he proved it to us. If youre facing dark times call David. I would put my life or the life of any of my children in his hands knowing he would never quit or except a mediocre sentence. Thank you David for saving my daughters future. Because of you she will be able to continue with her career. Harry Kalas made the saying Chase Utley you are the man famous to Phillies fans but thats because he didnt know David Bahuriak!
