        Went in to reopen a account that had just closed and I had a negative balance. Waited a half hour only to be told that they couldn't see me and that it takes to long to open a account so to go and make a appointment. Well if they would stop gossiping and telling jokes you might be able to open accounts. WF at 6400 Frankford Ave in Philadelphia. Worst WF I have ever been to. Rhawn & Frankford should have never closed and stayed open, definitely better customer service.

        I been a Wells Fargo customer for years this the worse!!! Iam closing my acct to go credit union! I work I go every week I have money saved. Every time same teller gives me hard time to release my money! Iam done!! With back they need to retrAin her. Skinny dark skin young Spanish-girl but she really Dominican. She young cause dont act mature. I guess just she hates her job!!! She act like that her money.. its mine I worked hard for it and to save!!! GO TO CREDIT UNION PFFC down the block. They treat u like u worth it!!!!
