        Unable to use ATM due to it being in the Verizon building, and Verizon employees only able to access it. Unfair to everybody who has an account with TruMark.

        Unable to get credit card to you in short time. Unable to get it at bank with out car. Bank is not available to anyone unless you have a car.

        The building security guard immediately told me to leave, and I thought he was kidding because he was being comically rude. He continued to tell me I wasn't welcome there over and over, and every time I spoke up he interrupted me. Then he told me to get out because I am a "weirdo" and a "queer," so I told him he was a d*ck. Lovely, bigoted person. Obviously won't be going back. Note: Trumark responds to other negative reviews of this location but not mine, where I was threatened and mistreated.
