This management company needs to be flagged by the BBB - having read other reviews, I am currently dealing with the same issues. I moved out of Presidential City Apts. in September 2022, it is now January and I have yet to receive my security deposit. Worse yet, Ive called their offices over the course of two months, I either cannot reach anyone or never receive a callback after providing my information repeatedly. There are two charges on my move-out review, that when I reviewed with the new management at Presidential (Post Bros has now left), was told would be considered normal wear and tear, having lived in the same unit x3 years. This company is clearly functioning without consequences and scamming others. Signing up was very easy, but leaving with what you are legally entitled to is extremely difficult. I also want to highlight a point made by another reviewer. There have been thefts in my building and security issues - I found a bullet at the pool and took it to the management, requested follow-up - I never heard back. In my three years there, I never received official communication about security violations. The negligence of this company is unacceptable.

Ive rented from multiple management companies and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Im usually a tolerant person and understand things cant be perfect, but this was just one thing after another under Post Brothers management. If you can avoid renting with them, please do. They will absolutely try to scheme money from your security deposit for damages you did not do. I am still owed for scratched on the wood floor that I have photo and written documentation noting it upon my move in. They will not provide you with security footage when your car gets broken into (yes this happened, and the car was parked right outside of Adams building at Presidential city - in clear view of the camera on the side of the building). They will not answer their phone and emails. When you request transparency regarding the status of YOUR security deposit, they claim its a violation of privacy. When someone gets shot in your building, you will not know about it until its in the news or if you use the Citizens app. Under their management, the front gates at Presidential city were constantly under repairs. This meant that the gates were always kept open and there was no security as to which cars can enter and leave the community. Truly cannot make these things up. Do yourself a favor and rent with any other management company. They will be responsive and attentive when you are initially signing with them. Its when problems come up that they disappear. I moved out of Presidential City on June 30th and still have not received the remaining security deposit. If you do rent with them, be prepared to be wrongly charged on the security deposit.

I have been renting at the Piazza for about 1 year when it came time to review my lease. I needed some flexibility with my lease terms. Johnny Perez from the management office was extremely helpful in helping me understand what might be possible and helped secure for me an arrangement that was accommodating. Most management companies I've encountered would never entertain a discussion, but Johnny was very open to working with me to finalize a mutually beneficial arrangement. I would absolutely keep renting - Thank you Johnny P!

This post brothers rejected my application and kept my down payment refusing to give me a refund its been a year and a half I been asking for my money now I have to spend more money to take them to court smmfh ridiculous!!! Ive never been so disrespected and humiliated that I have to go through all this about a refund
