        Moved in last week and process was great. Contacted the maintenance team to get the new apartment set by mounting TVs, hanging shelves, etc. Dan from Dalian was extremely helpful, professional and did a great job. Moving is always a tiring experience but the staff at Dalian allow you to feel right at home quickly. The building is fantastic, well maintained and has so many conveniences. After our first week in Philly, we are so pleased that we chose Dalian on the Park! Finally left after 3 years and going to miss Dalian! The staff was fantastic and the building always felt like home. If we didnt have a kid on the way and the need for more space, may have stayed here for another decade!

        The Dalian is very nice indeed, however the property is an accident and injury waiting to happen. And sadly, it may involve a car and person. Its only a matter of time. I alerted WholeFoods but they said they are not responsible. I also mentioned it to the Dalian security desk. Twice! Crickets. So be very, very careful when walking or driving on the property. Its potentially unsafe.

        I've lived at the Dalian for about three months now. I can honestly say that every aspect of the leasing process and tenancy has been wonderful. When I came for a tour with my sister in tow we were greeted by Kathryn Riter. She is the most honest and authentic sales representative I've ever met! Maintenance services are provided quickly and efficiently - thank Craig and Howard. And Barbars Hayes runs a tight ship when it comes to concierge services. You'll feel like you live in a luxury hotel here!
