        Place is slowly improving...Safety is still a concern but still a good property to live at...Just keep your apt homely...Rent is good compared to others (you only pay for electricity) That's not too bad..Mostly quiet and most neighbors keep to themselves...Management is professional...Some units need renovation (I'm a long time tenant) but other than that everything is good
