I have lived here for almost a year and am only moving out to move into a different neighborhood. The staff here are very kind and courteous and any maintenance issues that have come up have been taken care of swiftly! Overall great building with great amenities.

My car got towed while I was taking a tour here and I was told I wouldnt get towed parking in their lot. The tow driver damaged my car. They didnt offer any concessions on the rent for this happening. Be careful with Post Brothers properties.

I have lived at Goldtex for two years. My time here has overall been good with a few issues here and there (to be expected anywhere). The view is amazing and you can't beat the rooftop pool. Everyone from the front desk workers to the office staff and maintenance team are good people and make Goldtex a welcoming environment. Specifically, Hakim, the maintenance leader, is professional, friendly, and knows what he is doing. It's safe to say that if it weren't for Hakim, this place wouldn't function half as smoothly as it does. I recommend living at Goldtex.

I had a great experience living at the Goldtex. Management and concierge are friendly and helpful. I initially chose Goldtex due to its location to Reading Terminal Market and nearby restaurants, but the staff make living here a good choice alone.

Ive lived at Goldtex for over 5 years. I love my apartment and the building overall. I love the location just on the border of center city and chinatownso accessible to all major center city activities (typically 15-20 min walk) yet in its own enclave with a neighborhood feel. The building stays well cleaned and maintained. The rooftop and pools are always a good time and my favorite amenity. The building events that happen quarterly to bimonthly are fun. I still remember the super lit Halloween party (pre-pandemic) a time!!! Jeff is one of the concierges and he is so cool he greets you when coming and going. Hes so friendly and great to talk to. And he always knows when you have a package and presents it to you when you come into the lobby. Hakim is also so cool! He is the superstar maintenance leader. Excellent in his work and excellent in his response to apartment issues and building issues. Both Hakim and Jeff are a large part of the reasons Ive stayed at Goldtex so long.
