This building has been very convenient and comfortable for me because of its great location and amenities. One of the major highlights is having AMAZINGLY HELPFUL staff, like Rachel at the concierge desk. She is ALWAYS pleasant and joyful and just a beautiful presence in the lobby. Im a resident at Rittenhouse Hills apartments. Ive enjoyed living in this apartment community in large part to the excellent and caring manner of the Concierge service. This rotating crew of few provide a kind word, smile and concern for the residents. All of the crew watch out for packages, mailings, deliveries, pet greetings and so much more. Id like to highlight the detailed service of Rachel who goes the extra mile to help and solve problems for residents as she multi-tasks with a smile. Im grateful Rachel and the All-Star team of the Concierge department at Rittenhouse Hill apartments.

Great apartment complex with outdoor backyard facilities that are especially nice during the summer. The two bedroom apartments are spacious and up to date. The front desk staff, especially Rachel and Brandon, are so wonderful, kind, and go the extra length for residents. They really do make Rittenhouse a better place.

My experience with Rittenhouse Hill has been great! Much of my joy in being here is attributed to the amenities such as the fitness room, and having staffing at the reception desk. Major shoutout to Rachel who always greets me with a warm welcome and gives me my packages in a timely and sufficient manner. I would definitely recommend living here to family and friends.
