        Duana is such a beacon of light. There was an initial misunderstanding regarding weather or not my tour was in person, or virtual. I was adamant that I would not settle for virtual. She is patient, kind, professional, knowlegable - again, just a pure joy! Avenir should consider itself fortunate to have such a dynamic member on your team.

        Love this building! Been here for a couple months now with zero complaints. Friendly staff, leasing office communicates well, and move-in was smooth. Noise is obviously an issue but the prime location more than makes up for it. You know what youre getting into when you rent in CC. Will update if necessary.
