The Parkside Fishtown

Dont waste your money. The building is built so poorly. You can hear every little foot step from the people above you. Management does nothing about the noise issues weve been having from our upstairs neighbors for the past 2.5 years. Dont move into apartment 515 - your upstairs neighbors in 615 are sooo inconsiderate and stomp around all day and night. Also management constantly changes. They ignore the issues youre having and dont respond to your phone calls or emails. Theft is a big issue. Packages get stolen. Bikes get stolen out of the locked bike room.

Scheduled appointment to view an apartment, at arrival they said I did not have an appointment and no one was available. Also they claimed the background check would do a soft inquiry when it clearly says hard inquiry in their application documents.

So glad I found this property! Nice gym and conveniently has a park for my dog so I dont have to worry about walking alone late at night. The staff is wonderful too, always answers my questions/concerns in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

Management made it easy to schedule tours of the building with clients who loved the rooftop views and nice finishes throughout the units. The building has an excellent amenity package, especially the gym, for residents and the location is great.
