Lived here since April 2022! Clean and well maintained building and units. Only complain is how thin the walls and floors are. Ever since December 2023, our downstairs neighbor is CONSTANTLY banging up our floors to tell us to keep it down, from just basic walking and living. We can no longer vacuum and walk across the kitchen without our downstairs neighbor banging on the floor. Weve talked to the neighbor per managements suggestive solution and practiced quiet hours (between 10am-8am), but it seems like were still walking on eggshells in our own space. If you are sensitive to sounds, invest in ear plugs before moving in or request a top floor unit!

If I could give this place 0 stars I honestly would . The whole leasing ( MGMT ) as a whole is HORRIBLE . I would call this place false advertisement! Don't you ever think your gonna move here and a key fob will save you it's all a LIE . The maintenance comes in your apartment without any permission & they have stole from me on 3 different occasions. The hallway leading to the roof deck smells like sewage . Dogs in in shelters have better living conditions . When you express this to the leasing office they become very difficult with communicating . Please do not rent here it's a disgrace .

I can't say enough great things about Lilac Pointe. The leasing office is extremely helpful and maintenance is super quick an efficient. Highly, highly recommend!
