Station Walk Apartments

I would give this property -5 stars if the option was available. The apartment manager Denise is unprofessional and money hungry, this woman wanted me to pay her 3,000 to get out of a lease. Also this property will try to scam you into paying more for a month to month lease, but will try to force you to stay once you put in your notice to vacate by telling you you cant get out of the lease without paying for the 60 days of time which you may have already moved out. I wouldnt recommend renting from this company unless you want to be screwed over in the end. As I look at other reviews and posts from residents, it makes sense why my neighbors thought my apartment was so nice because theirs were so bad and falling apart.

I moved in about 3 months ago and I absolutely love my apartment! It's the perfect size for me at an amazing price. I have a beautiful updated kitchen and bathroom. It's a peaceful complex in a great neighborhood.

I think they have children running the leasing office at this point. They look very young. I think this is too much for them to handle. Been having issues and they go unresolved around here since the kids started managing the units. They dont even know how to properly submit rent to the portal. In all my years of renting I have never seen anyone that young trying to hold things together. That young lady is in over her head and it is blatantly obvious.

Would not recommend this apartment or any of Their other properties placed maintenance request over 6 months ago for my Ceiling in the bathroom caving in due to a leak not only did they not fix it left a mess in my ceiling fully exposed with my lights on in my air conditioning running Poorly managed in totality Update Ceiling still not fixed of July 5 2022 Update July 10 2023 its been 3 weeks since I requested maintenance for the same leak that has now spread to my to my living room and bedroom and the leak is now next to my fuse box which is a extreme fire hazard will be reporting

Ms.Lee, the property manager is absolutely amazing. She is extremely good at her job, and she knows what she is doing. Not only she is helpful, but her kindness helped me and my family a lot!
