        Wow reading these horrible reviews has me scratching my head. I lived here from 04'-07' with no problems. My unit was 223 on academy st. neighbors were cool no problems with the leasing office there were two sisters that worked in there and the maintenance man was cool too. Idk what changed since then.

        Nice neighborhood but apartment quality does not meet expectations at all. Multiple repairs needed in many of the apartments. Ventilation system not up to date for several of the apartments. Pool never open although it paid for by tenants.
