Hello Ive lived here about 4 years its clean ,quiet ,beautiful landscape , beautiful pool, awesome respectful maintenance man, as soon a you call its almost immediate response , nice office workers Im very satisfied with the money Im spending here to be part of this community and a very beautiful courtyard beautiful trees and flowers.

Best apartment community I've ever lived in! Apts are spacious and nice (they vary in updated modifications) and amenities are modern and well maintained. Located in a quiet oasis of Overbook Park, right next door to a Free Library of Philadelphia branch, with three SEPTA bus routes (31, 103, 106) steps from the doors and a main SEPTA Transportation Station (69th Street Terminal) located a very short drive/bus ride (maybe 5 minutes) away. Shopping for just about all your needs is within walking distance. Best thing about living here is the community offerings/interactions. 95% of the folks who live and/or work here are super friendly and helpful. The property managers keep tenants aware of community events and are actively involved in partnership with officials from the local police district. Community events are regularly arranged for HC tenants (Movie Nights with refreshments, Pool Parties, Holiday events, Community Activisim/Improvement events, spontaneous treats when you leave and arrive at the property, etc). Staff and residents have checked on me on occasion to ensure my safety and well-being just because. I've been here almost 9 years and would be happy to be a forever renter at my middle age, but the annual rent increases (about 5 or 6%) may very well force me into home ownership (I'm employed as a public servant of Philadelphia and don't get a raise in pay every year). I get it's a business, but they also refer to owner/tenant partnership as "the Lindy Family." Rent increases over $40/$50 every year in this economy can be a lot for families, when most of us have had to strategically plan every single purchase and are still recovering from COVID-19, and EVERYthing is going up. Lindy was, by my understanding, good to those who needed help during COVID and I commend them for that. Still, in all, I'll stay until homeownership is unavoidably more financially efficient. Lindy worked with me and gave me a home about 25 years ago when I was rebuilding my life from ground zero after divorce. I'll always be grateful for that and highly recommend renting at their properties. Interestingly, the last place I lived was/is advertised as a luxury building on City Avenue. Amenities were better and rent was cheaper, but it had less of a "family" feel. I still rate Lindy over them.
