I lived here 1986-1997 I relocated because it was time to move. They didnt want to repair anything.i lived in c209/c409 /c410 loft. Now the units are owned by individuals. Dirty n run down in the common areas

Great location, right next to the train station and low cost compared to other apartments in the area. Free parking in the lot too.

I don't understand why this apartment has such low reviews. I loved living here. The team was responsive. They were open to and allowed a flexible 8 month lease. Washer and drier in units. They made repairs as was necessary. The building is old and has character, but if you don't mind this it is a beautiful place to live! The windows are amazing. I found the other residents to be kind and friendly and family oriented. I found it very peaceful to come home to the sound of birds chirping and to kids playing outside and having a good time. Parking here was easy. They returned the security deposit back to me promptly and completely which I was thrilled by! I did clean the apartment before leaving, but I have never had a landlord return an entire security deposit. Like I said, I don't understand why this apartment has such low ratings on google. I had a great time living here and wish I could have staying longer. -Lyle

This place is so ghetto. Neighbors have no respect always liter everywhere. Management is horrible- takes weeks for maintenance to respond to repairs. Please dont consider moving here.
