This place claimed i didn't pay rent, when i did and then they sent me to court for a dispute charge.

Slumlords! DO NOT rent an apartment here. My family has gone days without gas and electricity with no reply from management. Worst experience of my life.

This apartment building is terrible. The whole place looks in a state of disrepair. Paint is peeling off all the windows and the awnings over the doors are filthy and falling apart. The guy who is the property manager is hardly ever around and the dumpster is a mess all over the sidewalk . . . and thus the neighborhood. I believe this same owner has other properties on Walnut Lane so be careful with those as well. You can do better for your money!!

They'll go up on rent each year without making any improvements on the property. They'll do patchwork repairs if they actually do any at all. They practice illegal lockouts. Having a horrible landlord encouraged me to become a rental property owner and move out of the city. So that's the good thing that came out of it.
