        This apartment building is horrible. They over charge for rent and the building up keep is terrible. The renting office never picks up the phone and they are sitting right in the office. This hands down the worst place I have ever rented from.

        To anyone who has the right mind. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY OR LOCATION!. They overcharge for rent when the apartments are not updated, Maintenance barely comes out and the water pressure is horrible. There are many other things to complain about this property. I will post pictures and proof in a moment. Also, the pest and rodent problems in this building are unbearable. I will try and notify L&I or the state but please everyone stay away from this property!!!!
