I submitted an application as well as paid applications fees totaling approx. $100.00 prior to viewing the property per their viewing policy. I followed up and spoke with a woman name Takia( unsure how it is spelled but pronounced tuh-keeya) who advised me that someone would be following up with a few days to either schedule a viewing or inform that the application was not approved. I NEVER received a phone call or any type of communication UNTIL I reached out and spoke with her twice, both times she said she would check and call back. I attempted to call today, the automated recording indicating choose option/press 1 to speak with someone regarding renting, is not being recognized by the system thus preventing me from speaking with someone regarding my application. I sincerely hope that this is just a system issue and not a SCAM. No one has time, energy, nor MONEY to waste.
