Maintenance is always delayed or not done, building common areas not cleaned regularly only by certain tenants

This is the LOUDEST most OBNOXIOUS property in all of West Philly. Every single day starting around 4pm the children of this apt complex swarm to the courtyard and scream and shout for hours on end- all the way until 9-10pm EVERY SINGLE DAY. Its awful, why anyone would want to live here is beyond comprehension, its the most poorly managed property in all West Philly the way management allows the courtyard to become of total world of chaos and disorderly conduct all by a non stop group of kids ranging from 3-18. Constant shouting, cursing, the amount of profanities is unreal, just hearing F and N bombs for 6 hours every day. The kids will jump on the electric box, bang sticks and metal on the flag poles, sit/lean on parked cars, throw footballs at parked cars. Have tried to contact management repeatedly and no one has ever even answered the phone. There is truly no hope, finding peace and quiet in this neighborhood between the hours of 4pm-10pm is impossible unless its torrentially down pouring rain of sub zero temperatures- but even then to your shock the kids will still find a way to be screaming outside. Avoid this property at all costs, its just total havoc, no one should have to pay $ to endure it.

I had filled out an application in July I submitted all my information that was needed I even took a tour of an apartment it is now September I been emailing the office nobody has gotten back to me the last time I talked to somebody was last Thursday nobody given me update or nothing I been waiting almost 2 months
