Ive lived here for two years and am now moving out of the city I cant say enough positive things about the building, the property management and the tenants as well. Since it was previously a church, the walls are very thick and you barely hear any city noise, something very hard to find in Philly. The property management called Tierview, with Beth at the helm are AMAZING. If youve lived in Philly for awhile, chances are that you may have lived in a luxury dwelling where they drag their feet on fixing anything or do a shoddy job. The tierview maintenance team is the opposite of that. Despite having many buildings to attend to, they staff enough quality people that anything you need help with will be handled in a timely and efficient manner by professional and kind people. More importantly they make sure to do preventative inspections or maintenance so that serious issues are avoided.
The tenants are also awesome. Diverse young professionals who are very quiet, courteous and kind. Ive had such an awesome experience here, it made me very picky while looking for a new place lol. If youre considering moving here, definitely do it just based on the QUIET alone. With the level of greed, apathy running rampant in property management as Philly develops, St. Johns and Tierview stand apart with their care for tenants and our quality of life.
