        The new management at UC flats has been excellent and has helped turn this around to a truly luxury apartment building. My issues with my plumbing leaks were quickly dealt with and all common spaces are maintained very well. Great management team that are fast and efficient in communication.

        We have lived here for about a year now. We are happy to call it home due to everyone on the UC flats team. They have helped us every step of the way from leasing, to getting the apartment ready for us to move in they have always gone above and beyond to make us feel at home. Any issue is always rectified extremely quickly. Thank you! Job well done

        Ive been living here for 3 months now and it has been great. The management is so responsive anytime we have an issue. The space is so big, definitely worth the price. Ive lived in many places in this area over the years and this has by far been the best experience.
